“The biggest breakthrough in acne in the last 30 years.”
Dr. Chu, Dermatologist,
Hammersmith Hospital, UK
One area of specialism is our treatment of acne for people of all ages. With the right treatment, you can keep acne under control and measures also can be taken to reduce scars left by acne.
We have a wealth of expertise in treating acne and approach each case with sensitivity and care. Using the lastest laser technology, sometimes in combination with other treatments, we effectively treat acne and other skin disorders with amazing results.
Regenlite Transform is the lastest laser technology and a single treatment on acne vulgaris has been shown to decrease the average number of acne lesions by 50%.
How does it work?
This medical laser emits a unique pain-free laser light. For acne sufferers the light kills and reduces the bacteria causing infection and simultaneously stimulates the natural repair mechanisms of the skin. The light penetrating into the blood vessels stimulates the body’s natural response to produce collagen, enhancing skin rejuvenation and reducing wrinkles or acne scarring.

- 58% exhibit greater than 50% improvement
- The most rapid improvements were seen in first 4 weeks

- Improves and prevents scarring, as well as clears acne.
Other benefits of Regenlite Transform:
- Stimulates fibroblast activity to produce new collagen

- Prevents further outbreaks of acne & other conditions
(To treat vascular lesions Regenlite Transform uses a higher energy beam which targets and destroys only the blood vessels causing the blemishes – leaving healthy skin unharmed.)

Knee before and after treatment
Psoriasis is a skin condition that causes red, flaky, crusty patches of skin covered with silvery scales. These patches normally appear on elbows, knees, scalp and lower back but can appear anywhere on the body, and can have a significant impact on your life.
There are a wide range of treatments available for psoriasis, but one of the latest and most-effective is laser treatment. It requires a concentrated course of treatment, but is quick and painless with no uncomfortable side effects; and the results can also be long-lasting.
Varying levels of light are used to treat different skin thicknesses which thin the skin and reduce scaling.

Laser Hair Removal
We are please to offer our latest Hair Removal Laser here at the ShadiDaninMedi Spa
This is the most powerful and fastest laser platform for hair removal.
Alexandrite laser, Nd:YAG laser and FT Pulsed Light: three sources to meet every demand! Physicians worldwide agree that the Alexandrite and Nd:YAG wavelengths are the most efficacious for hair removal treatments.
While Alexandrite is universally recognised as the most effective laser source for hair removal in fair skins, the Nd:YAG laser is the most widely used for treating dark skins.
The larger treatment surface speeds up the treatment time, especially in some particular combinations of phototype and hair colour.
Key features of the Synchro Replay Excellium laser:
- Dual laser wavelengths of Nd:YAG and Alexandrite. Tailor the system as dual or either of the single wavelengths.
- Alexandrite and Nd:YAG wavelengths allow for hair removal on all skin-types.
- Top-hat laser beam profile that eliminates ‘hotspots’ in the treatment area.
- Physicians worldwide agree that Alexandrite and Nd:YAG wavelengths are the most efficacious for hair removal treatments.
- Today DEKA anticipates the future introducing a NEW Alexandrite source: the fastest and most powerful ever created.
- The most powerful laser because it reaches 125 W, at least 25% more than any other laser in the market!
Electrolysis Hair Removal
Electrolysis is an alternative treatment for permanent hair removal, by using an electric current rather than a laser. It is highly recommended for white hair* that cannot be removed by laser.
The treatment involves passing an electric current into the hair shaft to stunt future growth. It can be an uncomfortable treatment and so we use local anaesthetic injections similar to those used at the dentist as well as surface anaesthesia to numb the skin.
